We are representing a credible Firm of Independent Financial Planners who have a reputation for providing bespoke Advice to their extensive Client base consisting of high-net-worth individuals. The successful candidate will be working alongside an experienced team of Administrators, Paraplanners and Financial Planners to ensure that the Client journey remains seamless.
 
You will be working closely with a dynamic team of Administrators to provide hands on support which will involve liaising with providers and other key team members to ensure that Client expectations are met. The role will involve ongoing development for those who wish to work towards Industry related exams and move in to other areas to ensure your development expectations are met.  
 
Duties
  • Deal with incoming call enquiries in a professional manner and transferring calls to the appropriate individual / taking messages and passing these promptly to the appropriate individual if unable to assist the caller, where required.
  • Liaise with clients to book / confirm appointments, chase documentation and provide updates.
  • Liaise with advisers to make effective use of their diary appointments and to establish needs and potential workload.
  • Create client packs in preparation for client appointments with the adviser.
  • Submit letters of authority to providers to obtain plan information.
  • Liaise with product providers and other third parties.
  • Obtain valuations, quotes, illustrations and product details from providers for analysis.
  • Issue policy documents, member certificates, claim guides and other documentation to clients, as required.
  • Undertake sufficient product and market research using relevant technological tools.
  • Prepare standard suitability letters using in-house templates.
  • Review and maintain existing client arrangements.
  • Diarise events throughout the business cycle.
  • Produce and issue client invoices.
  • Client birthday diary to be maintained to track special occasions, arrange birthday cards and gifts
