Kingswood Group are pleased to be assisting a financial services firm with the recruitment of an IFA Administrator to be based in their Ipswich office. 

With ideally a previous background working within a similar industry, the role will support a team of Independent Financial Advisor and Paraplanners. 

Duties will include;

  • Take all client requests and manage professionally ensuring positive experience
  • Arranging client meetings 
  • Collate and manage information, preparing documents for meetings 
  • Updating and liaising between clients and colleagues
  • Retrieving new and historic information about individual clients
  • Ensuring records are up to date of written or electronic communication with colleagues, clients and third parties
  • Carrying out duties in accordance with the rules and regulations set out by the Financial Conduct Authority
  • Manage LOA end to end process 
  • Working to deadlines

Skills required:

  • Prior experience of working within a similar role 
  • Understanding the advice process
  • A strong work ethic and flexible attitude 
  • Excellent organisation skills 
  • Knowledge of industry specific software 
  • Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge 
  • Ability to prioritise work and manage own workload efficiently
  • Attention to detail
