Our Client are a highly progressive and buoyant Firm of Independent Financial Planners who maintain an excellent relationship for providing bespoke Financial Advice to their Clients.  As a result of ongoing growth and recent promotions an excellent opportunity has become available for an aspiring IFA Administrator to join their organisation. The successful candidate will be working closely with a team of Paraplanners and Financial Planners to present Administrative support.
 
Responsibilities:  
 
Process Transfers, Top Ups, Withdrawals, Income, Contributions, Fund Switches, Bed & ISA and Protection in an accurate and timely manner and through to completion.
  • Have an understanding of 3rd party providers platforms and processing times
  • Managing your individual workload using personal diary system on Client Management to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
  • Investigate and handle any client/consultant queries
  • Manage post relating to new business cases.
  • Dealing with client/provider queries over the phone and via email.
  • Understand our internal compliance procedures and the requirements of 3rd party providers
  • Maintaining client records on back-office system
  • Cover receptionist duties such as post, phone calls, greeting clients and dealing with third party suppliers.
  • Pro Active with advisers to coordinate workloads and expected New Business on a weekly basis
  • Provide a final check for the Paraplanners checking all packs which have been prepared for the clients to ensure all applications are correct and outstanding requirements have been requested to process the business
  • Collate documents for new clients, adding to the database and ensuring that Letters of Authority are distributed to Paraplanners for processing
