IFA Administrator
We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, an exciting and expanding firm of Independent Financial Planners with offices in the Solent and London. Our client has experienced impressive organic growth over the past few years and is poised for further expansion. They are now seeking a talented and motivated IFA Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
- Financial Planner Assistance: Provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of successful Financial Planners, including preparing documentation, managing client files, and coordinating meetings.
- Process Management: Assist with the management of financial planning processes, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and within regulatory requirements.
- Communication: Liaise with clients, providers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and maintain strong professional relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in an IFA Administrator or similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial planning processes and products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using financial planning software and MS Office Suite.
