Are you an organised, client-focused professional with a passion for financial services? Our client, a leading IFA firm, is seeking a dedicated IFA Administrator to join their established team where they offer a comprehensive range of financial services.
As an IFA Administrator, you'll support their Financial Planners, Personal Assistants, and Paraplanners.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and assisting clients both in-person and over the phone.
- Managing client information and ensuring data accuracy.
- Preparing review packs and client letters.
- Coordinating with providers to gather necessary information.
- Adhering to best practices and maintaining high standards of accuracy.

- Good financial services administration skill set in a similar environment
- Working knowledge of Intelligent Office, Curo or other back-office system

- Client-focused with excellent communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with sound decision-making skills
- Knowledge of financial planning products and processes
