Our client is one of the leading UK independent financial planning firms, who have a national presence and provide exceptional advice to their clients. Due to company growth, they are now looking for likeminded individuals to join their IFA Administration team.

If you are a detailed-orientated professional with a passion for financial planning and client service, we’d love to hear from you!

What you'll be doing:
  • Provide administrative support to the Paraplanning & Advice team with duties such as preparing client packs, processing new business, and arranging meetings
  • First point of contact for client queries and resolutions of any issues
  • Onboarding new clients to the company and following new account opening processes
  • Staying up to date with FCA requirements and Compliance Policies

What you need to apply:
  • Proficient experience with administration in a wealth management environment
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and back-office systems such as Intelligent Office
  • 2+ years industry experience within the wealth management sector or financial services
  • Working towards industry relevant qualifications such as DipPFS
