The successful candidate will be an experienced IFA Admin or Customer Adviser, who is delivery orientated and a well organised individual with experience within a financial planning environment.

The role will involve plenty of customer contact and inputting of data.

The idea candidate will have a strong desire to do a good job , be personable and have a positive "can do" outlook on life. Be well organised and happy to help clients and adviser with queries.

Manage adviser and client expectations efficiently.

We are looking for someone in the St Albans office, between the hours of 09.00 - 17.00.

Working in the office at least 3 days a week, 5 days would be preferable.

The successful candidate will report to a Client Services Supervisor.

The salary is £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience, alongside 28 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays), life assurance, income protection and a pension, alongside access to flexible benefits platform.
