IFA Sales Support/Compliance Administrator

Harrow

£25-30,000

Our client, a very well established, successful and growing firm of IFAs & Mortgage Brokers is looking for an experienced IFA Administrator with a strong interest in compliance, to over time become the firm’s Compliance Monitoring Office. This is a rare and fantastic opportunity for an intelligent and ambitious person wishing to pursue career within IFA compliance.

Duties include: -

  • Traditional IFA support administration duties including new business processing, supporting IFAs, inputting fact find details into Intelligent Office, setting up clients, obtaining illustrations etc.
  • Compliance administration, ensuring the business adheres to FCA legislation
  • Obtaining Anti Money Laundering documents
  • Complete verification forms
  • 1-1 meetings with advisers
  • Recognizing T&C needs for the business
  • Planning and strategy meetings with Advisers

Candidate requirements:

  • IFA administration experience/compliance aware
  • A strong interest in pursuing a career within compliance
  • Confident and professional individual able to multi-task
  • Strong communication skills
  • Great attention to detail

Additional information:

  • Office based - Harrow
  • Starting salary: Likely to be starting at £25-30,000 - to be enhanced over the time
  • Training given for Compliance
  • Support with acquiring relevant industry qualifications
  • Parking on site/close to train/tube station
  • Monday - Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9-5pm
  • 22-23 days holiday
