The key responsibilities for the Immigration Paralegal - Japanese Speaking vacancy are as follows:

• Assist in the day to day functions of all aspects of casework and assist in the preparation of applications
• Translation between Japanese and English and vice versa
• Handle applications including Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility, ILR and other applications as directed
• Draft emails, covering letters, application forms as directed with the use of precedents
• Ad hoc tasks

Profile

The successful Immigration Paralegal - Japanese Speaking will have the following:

• Previous experience within immigration or a client-facing professional role
• A law degree is not required but a desire to develop your career within a corporate environment is essential
• Fluent spoken and written Japanese is essential
