Import Administrator

Your new role
In your new role, you will be providing administrative support and assisting the smooth running of daily operations within the team. The import team work on an early shift (6am-3pm). Your responsibilities will include:

• Booking flights with airlines/agents.
• Raising Export Customs Entries on CDS.
• General Administration duties.
• Import SFD and FDE clearances.
• T1/T2 clearances/discharges.
• Importation & Exportation of ATA Carnet / Cites goods.
• Occasional warehouse duties.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will need previous experience working on the Import and Export administration process. You will also need experience dealing with customs entries with HMRC. Some experience using Descartes is desired, but full training will be provided.
