Our client, a well established freight forwarding company with an increasingly busy ocean freight department is now looking for an Import Bookings Operator to welcome to their friendly team.

The role will entail:

  • Provide quotations to customers
  • Take bookings and process the documentation
  • Finalising of files and profits
  • Passing of invoices for payment
  • Dealing with incoming calls and emails
  • Solving any customer queries
  • Any other duties required to maintain the smooth running of the office
