We are recruiting for a experienced IMPORT customer service clerk to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing freight company and progress in the freight forwarding industry!

Daily Duties will include:

  • Arranging shipment and monitoring though to delivery
  • Quotes
  • Input of data
  • Managing Joint mailbox
  • Booking in deliveries
  • Liaising with oversea agents
  • Keeping customers updated on shipments
  • Looking after several accounts being the first point of contact

Must be proficient working with Microsoft office products and confident with strong customer service skills

Working Monday to Friday 9.00-17.30pm
