Import / Export Administrator

Your new role
In your new role, you will be providing administrative support and assisting the smooth running of daily operations within the team. The company operates with early (6am-3pm) and late shifts (12pm-9pm). Your responsibilities will include:

• Booking flights with airlines/agents.
• Raising Export Customs Entries on CDS.
• General Administration duties.
• Import SFD and FDE clearances.
• T1/T2 clearances/discharges.
• Importation & Exportation of ATA Carnet / Cites goods.
• Occasional warehouse duties.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will need previous experience working on the Import and Export administration process. Some experience using Customs Software, Descartes, is desired, but full training will be provided.
