Our fantastic Malvern based client is looking for an Imports Coordinator to join their team. This is a busy fast paced role that requires a high level of attention to detail.

Key tasks:

  • Maintain and update the in-house system for sales and purchase orders, ensuring accurate documentation and invoice clearance.
  • Verify official documents for importing products into UK and EU ports, and coordinate with the relevant forwarder to meet port arrival deadlines.
  • Process port and duty clearance entries to ensure timely port health clearance, delivery, and return of products, avoiding costs.
  • Dispatch clearance and goods-in instructions ahead of deliveries from the port.
  • Arrange bond clearances.
  • Liaise with forwarding agents and suppliers.
  • Conduct weekly stock reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses excellent organisational skills.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work quickly and make sound decisions.
  • Capable of prioritising time and workload effectively.
  • Knowledge or experience in Supply Chain and Logistics is desirable but not essential.

Hours Monday to Friday 08.30-5.00

Salary £25k.
