Your new organisation
This not-for-profit / charitable organisation is dedicated to providing legal advice, information, and representation for children and young people involved in family breakdowns. There is a vacancy for a qualified family solicitor to join the team and provide essential legal support and representation for children and young people.

Your new role
Your responsibilities will include conducting or defending proceedings, ensuring the rights and welfare of young people are promoted and heard. You will also be contributing to strategic planning and policy development. The role will involve training and income-generating initiatives, while maintaining the good image and reputation of the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified lawyer with a current practising certificate from the Law Society of England and Wales, ideally with Children Law accreditation. You will have a track record of managing your own caseload and advocacy work with expertise in children law matters.
