In-house commercial contracts lawyer - private practice firm

A leading Legal 500 firm are seeking a commercial contracts lawyer to join their firm to oversee their supplier contracts.

Role

You will oversee the firm’s supplier contracts ensuring that all agreements are sound, enforceable and advantageous. You will draft, review and amend business transactions including service agreements, supply contracts and more. You may assist in resolving any disputes that arise from these agreements and will also educate internal clients on contract management best practices.

Candidate

Ideally you will be a qualified lawyer but an experienced paralegal would also be considered. This is an internal role so fee-earning experience is not necessary but it is essential that you have at least 2 years of experience drafting negotiating and amending commercial contracts.
