Day-to-day of the role:
Assist in the drafting and negotiation of key property documents including leases, renewals, surrenders, and licences for alterations.
Provide legal advice to internal teams on landlord and tenant matters, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
Support the legal aspects of property sales, acquisitions, and lease agreements.
Collaborate effectively with both legal and commercial colleagues to resolve property-related issues and enhance business outcomes.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in commercial property law, particularly with landlord and tenant matters.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively articulating legal advice and negotiating terms.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
A team player who is also capable of working independently when required.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
