In-House Corporate Tax Assistant Manager, Cheshire

An exciting position has been created in a growing tax team for an Assistant Tax Manager. This is a role full of potential due to the growth of the company and the plans for tax. You will report to the Direct Tax Manager focusing largely on UK corporate tax compliance although with plenty of scope to get involved in other areas.

Key responsibilities include:

• Using the compliance team for support, you will ensure the preparation of the UK Tax Returns
• Undertake the first review of all overseas tax returns prepared by the outsourced provider
• Support the corporate interest restriction calculation and determine allowability of interest payments made by the group
