Our client is a leading UK Property Developer operating across Residential and Commercial, seeking to add additional expertise to their high performing in-house legal function. This is a newly formed role to support ongoing, large scale projects
We are seeking candidates with a background in Construction Litigation, although more general Comm Lit will be considered. From 6 PQE upwards, exposure to high value, complex Litigation is essential. You'll lead the functions advice to the Group business (including the Exec Team), proactively manage risk, and input processes to regulate day to day activities. In addition, you'll be expected to manage external specialists to ensure a joined up approach.
There is a high likelihood of this role being made permanent, so candidates with a desire to work in-house are encouraged to apply. You'll be joining a well regarded In-House Legal function which plays a big part in the delivery of objectives across the Group Business.
