We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our call centre team in Durham on a long term, temporary ongoing basis.

Full training will be provided for the role; however, a customer service background or call centre experience is extremely beneficial to excel in this role.

Starting hourly rate of £11.44 which increases to £12.60 after 12 weeks worked, with 3rd March start date.

The successful candidate will need to be fully flexible to work shift patterns Monday - Sunday between the hours of 8am & 8pm with various shift patterns to choose from, including a 4-day working week.

You will be helping customers access their savings account or amending personal information, all while working on numerous internal systems and providing outstanding customer care.

Please note this is a fully office-based role.

Successful applicants must be able to successfully pass a credit check and DBS check.
