Inbound Sales Advisor – Exciting Home Insurance Company

We’re looking for Inbound Sales Advisors to join a fast-growing and dynamic home insurance company! This is not a cold sales role—your focus will be on assisting customers who are migrating to our services, ensuring a smooth transition while identifying opportunities to offer the best solutions tailored to their needs.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Handling inbound calls from customers who are switching their home insurance.
Providing expert advice on policies and guiding customers through the migration process.
Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services where relevant.
Delivering exceptional customer service to build trust and long-term relationships.
Working towards achievable targets with fantastic earning potential.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role (insurance experience is a plus!).
  • A confident and engaging phone manner with strong people skills.
  • Ability to listen, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable products.
  • A target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results.
