This position is 100% Work from home and no cold calling our customers contact us. We are a provider of professional resume writing and cover letter services, committed to empowering individuals in their career journey. To be successful you will have proven experience in sales, working with KPI's, targets, preferably within the services industry. With excellent verbal communications skills you will have a strong ability to convert a customer’s inquiry into a sale.

About the role:
As an Inbound Sales Executive your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails and website chats from existing and new customers.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to customers.
• Data entry for accurate maintenance of our customer database.
• Discuss product options, benefits and features and complete sale process with customers.
• Handle consumer communication enquiries and providing them with a highly personalised experience throughout.
• There is NO Cold calling involved our customer come to us!

About you:

• Must have - 5 plus years proven experience in sales, working with KPI's, targets, preferably within the services industry.
• Must have - Strong ability to convert a customer’s inquiry into a sale.
• Excellent verbal communications skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Motivated to achieve targets and goals both individually and within a team environment.
• Proven experience working autonomously or in a home-based position
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant computer software and hardware.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A team player who works to meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets through consultative selling techniques.
• Ability to think on your feet.
