Inbound Sales Representative

Location: Ringwood, Hampshire

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, plus bonus

Hours: Monday - Friday between 8.00am - 5.30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9.00am - 2.00pm

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction, handling a variety of customer needs from new enquiries to existing clients seeking assistance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls and emails, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions.
• Converting enquiries into sales, managing leads efficiently, and following up on potential opportunities.
• Offering excellent service to existing clients, resolving their issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Working closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions, using our CRM systems.

In order to be successful in this role, you need to have the following skills/experience:

• Previous experience working within a fast paced customer service environment.
• Previous sales experience in a target driven environment.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Able to build rapport quickly.
