We have an excellent and exciting long term contract opportunity to be part of our global transformation project from SAP ECC6 to S4Hana. Joining us as a Hypercare/ Incident manager you will be given the responsibility to ensure our implementation goes as smooth and good as possible with huge exposure to senior leaders across our 6 clusters (includes 23 countries). This role will directly report into our programme manager where you will be part of the road map and will have a huge role to play in the overall success of the project.

Key responsibilities

This role will be part of the Phoenix Transformation programme, a unique one-time transformation opportunity designed to enable Nomad Foods to deliver, and possibly exceed, its financial goals through the strategy of 'Simplify, Standardise, Automate & Transform’.

  • Owns the overall Hypercare approach, incident and Defect management process?.
  • Responsible for facilitating initial analysis and discussion on the severity and area of analysis / fix for a defect?/ incident.
  • Responsible for status and progress of incidents/ defects including follow-up of closure of all defects?.
  • Responsible for coordinating with Test Manager, GPOs/ BAs, Functional leads. Tech teams and resolver groups for resolution?

About you

This role requires you to have having broad understanding of SAP S/4 Hana landscape and modules and having successfully been involved in the implementations phase of S/4 Hana. As you will be responsible for managing the Hypercare phase for our large transformation. Please see below for few additional requirements for the role:

  • Worked as part of programme involving Finance Transformation (Mandatory)
  • Experience of managing Hypercare phase for large transformation programmes
  • Experience of managing Defect process as a lead and understanding of a Defect Lifecycle
  • Experience of running Incident and Defect Triage calls including and involving Senior Business SMEs / GPOs and multiple cross-functional resolver groups
  • Experience of managing Incident / Defect Tracker and producing Incident/ Defect Dashboards esp. for consumption at Senior Exec level
  • Experience of working and collaborating with Third Party System Integrators for coordination
  • Strong ability to work with offshore teams.
