Required for a large multinational enterprise with operations across hundreds of locations globally. Seeking an individual with enterprise organisation Operational Technology experience and strong business-facing interpersonal skills. Primary duties as below :-

• Develop and author incident response playbooks tailored to OT environments, covering critical industrial sectors such as construction and manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams, operational engineers, and risk management teams to ensure incident response processes are realistic, effective, and actionable.
• Align playbooks with NIST CSF, ISA/IEC 62443, MITRE ATT&CK for ICS, and other relevant frameworks.
• Work with Security Operations Centres (SOCs) and Incident Response teams to validate and refine response procedures based on real-world attack scenarios.
• Develop structured response workflows, escalation paths, and decision trees for handling incidents such as ransomware, insider threats, and advanced persistent threats (APTs) in OT environments.
• Assist in tabletop exercises and simulation testing, refining the playbooks based on feedback and lessons learned.
• Work closely with IT & OT security teams to ensure seamless integration of IT and OT incident response protocols.
• Collaborate with OT team on related NIST Programme initiatives.
