Come make a real difference as an Income Collection Advisor!

Everyone should have a warm, safe, affordable home.

As an Income Collection Advisor you’ll play a key role in helping us provide this for our tenants. You’ll be responsible for monitoring and managing accounts for all tenancy types, supporting tenants that fall into arrears with an aim to keep them in their homes, negotiating payment plans and providing basic welfare benefit and money advice where appropriate.

What you’ll bring to our team

As the friendly face of Two Rivers Housing, you’ll use your skills and expertise to deliver a great customer experience for our tenants. You will bring a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a willingness to work as part of a successful team, you will have a flexible and adaptable approach to tasks and responsibilities.

What we’re looking for

  • Honesty and sincerity

  • Experience in working in challenging customer facing situations

  • Someone who is willing to do the right thing for our customers and colleagues

  • Someone who is willing to learn and also share their experiences

  • Someone who understands money, prioritising and budgeting

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 GCSE’s grade C/4 or above

  • CIH level 3 qualification would be an advantage

  • Full UK driving licence and accessed to a car that is insured for business use.
