Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a top law firm in their search for a an experienced Industrial DiseaseParalegal to work from their offices in Salford

For the successful Industrial Disease Paralegal our client is offering:

  • Salary £26,000
  • Monday to Friday  9am - 5.30pm
  • Permanent 
  • Benefits: 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays, contributory pension scheme, medical cash plan, your birthday off

The role - Industrial Disease Paralegal: 

  • Take instruction from clients and take witness statement
  • Explain the CFA funding and check insurance
  • Company research and draft company restoration documents
  • Detailed review of financial and medical records, completing benefit applications
  • Opening and closing files, keeping the files up to date
  • Draft Court papers, keep diaries up to date
  • Prepare schedules of loss

What our client is looking for in a Industrial Disease Paralegal:

  • Previous experience working as a paralegal in industrial disease or personal injury for at least 1 year - ESSENTIAL 
  • Degree level educated 2:1 minimum - ESSENTIAL
  • Equivalent qualifications: CILEX, FILEX, GDL considered - DESIREABLE 
  • Driver License - FULL UK - ESSENTIAL
