Industrial Door Engineer
My client is an established provider of automatic and industrial doors. They develop, install, service and maintain their systems. Due to ongoing demand, they are looking for a Door Engineer. The successful candidate will enjoy a range of benefits and training. You must have hands on experience with industrial or automatic doors and have a UK Driving Licence.
Door Engineer Position Overview- Carrying out fault finding, diagnosis, service and maintenance on a range of auto and/or industrial doors
- Travelling to client sites from Nottingham to Newcastle
- Working to company and legal standards
- Ensuring van is stocked
- Communicating with clients in a professional manner
- Completing paperwork
- There is training for industrial door engineers looking to learn automatic doors
- Based at home and travelling to client sites
- Must have experience within industrial or automatic doors, in either service or installation
- BS EN 16005 beneficial
- Ideally IPAF, PASMA and DHF
- Based within commutable distance of Batley
- Happy to partake in 1 in 6 call out rota
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 door to door
- On call pay + time and half for hours outside 8 - 5
- 40 hours a week
- Product training
- Company van and fuel card
- Holiday 20 days plus Bank Holidays
