What you’ll be doing:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities
  • Conduct thorough candidate interviews, both over the phone and face-to-face
  • Manage a high-volume desk with efficiency and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and company systems

  • Proven track record in a recruitment agency or sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised and able to work independently
  • Full UK driving licence (desirable)
