- Assess maturity of an organization's data and AI foundation.
- Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and future-ready operating model.
- Identify, prioritize and conceptualize new industry specific AI solutions and services in line with business growth strategy.
- Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy.
- Build a data/Ai platform reference architecture and solutions blueprint as a canvas for implementation roadmap.
- Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
- Identify people, processes and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
- Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
Position Requirements:
- A proven track record in AI/Analytics consulting, ideally with a domain/industry specialization at a Senior Manager level.
