Head Resourcing are looking for an Infrastructure Analyst (AWS) to join a FinTech business in Edinburgh. The client places high value on system availability and stability both internally and externally while still enabling change.

As well as supporting existing systems you will be working on developing future platforms and systems to keep the company current and competitive, covering on premise, private and public cloud facilities. This role will have a large focus on their AWS cloud infrastructure but will also require you to work with other technologies.

Key Responsibilities include

* Plan, document and deliver quality assured solutions

* Manage stakeholder expectations

* Identify, assess and manage the risk and impact of each change, applying appropriate change control procedures

* Facilitate the transition from solution delivery to operational support by ensuring operational readiness

* Provide operational support of all IT systems, including on-call cover, incident resolution and root cause analysis

* Demonstrate problem solving skills using information to hand to identify, prevent or resolve ongoing or potential issues

Ideally candidates will have

* Cloud based infrastructure experience

* Infrastructure as Code

* Containerisation and Serverless Technologies

* On premise infrastructure, data centres, servers, and private cloud

* Windows operating systems

* Linux Operating Systems
