Role

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing advanced technical solutions and spearheading projects. Often acting as an escalation point for the internal team. This role involves managing escalated technical issues, collaborating with other support levels, and actively participating in IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Infrastructure, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• M365 / Hybrid-Azure
• VMware Horizon, vSphere, AVD
• Demonstrated Technical Support Firewall, Storage & Backup Technologies
• NOC Experience (CCNA)
