Job Title: Infrastructure Sales Specialist/ Consultant
Location: Hybrid (1 day per week in Reading)
Salary: £60,000 base + £60,000 OTE

Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-performing Infrastructure Sales Specialist/Consultant to drive new business and exceed sales targets for ICT services. This role involves selling ICT solutions to both existing customers and new prospects, leveraging cross-functional collaboration within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, generating new business through networking, research, and tender opportunities.
  • Own and progress sales leads, including those generated internally and through external partners.
  • Sell ICT Managed Services, Consultancy Services, and Hardware & Software solutions.
  • Maintain accurate sales data using Salesforce CRM.
  • Lead proposal preparation, tenders, and client presentations.
  • Establish and grow relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven success in IT infrastructure sales within corporate and public sectors.
  • Strong track record in winning and managing high-value deals.
  • Experience in tender submissions and framework-led sales.
  • Strong relationship-building skills at senior (C-level) management.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and strategic in approach.
