The Client: A leading building society is looking for an infrastructure security engineer!

Salary - Up to £62,000 + Up to 20% Discretionary Bonus + Additional Corporate Benefits Package

Role: The Infrastructure Engineer - Security will join an already established team within the organisation, providing a level of technical knowledge to undertake the installation, configuration of security tools to enable the detection and defence from threats to the society.

Essential skills:

* Experience of configuring security tools including one of the following: SIEM, EDR, AV, WAF or Secure Web Gateways.

* Experience of integrating tools in an enterprise environment.

* Proven problem-solving, analytical skills

* Knowledge of Microsoft Defender

Experience of cloud technologies - AWS, Azure

Desirable skills:

* Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (M365, Sentinel)-Strongly Desirable

* Experience of agile methodologies is preferred but not essential

* Infrastructure as Code, automation

* DevSecOps

* Worked as part of a security engineering team

* Experience in a regulated environment would be desirable
