A forward thinking business based nearSolihull are looking for a proactive and forward-thinking PA for a fantastic permanent opportunity. This is anexceptional opportunity for an experienced individual in a PA support capacityworking directly with the Head of Legal Counsel. Due to the nature of this role, we are looking for an individual who possesses excellent skills in the legal sector, ideally previously as a Legal PA, company secretary or supporting legal counsel. This company are based in?extremely high-end offices near Solihull area and offers a busy and challenging working environment. Some of the responsibilities of the role include:

  • Complex diary management including organisation of business travel and accommodation

  • Document management and general coordination of the office administration

  • Involvement with a variety of department related projects

  • Effective liaison with individuals both internal and external to the business

  • Creation of reports and board parks in line with the requirement for meetings including expert input within board meetings

  • Professional client liaison on behalf of the Legal Counsel

Due to the location of this business, you will ideally possess access to your own form of transportation. The successful candidate must have flexibility to their work. You must have prior PA experience within the legal sector and have a passion for supporting individuals on a 1:1 level.

This role is full time, permanent and hybrid working with parking on site.
