M&A Manager - In-House M&A

Birmingham | Hybrid

up to £70pa + bonus

Join a fast-growing international company as an M&A Senior Associate in Birmingham. You'll play a crucial role in identifying and executing UK acquisitions, working across the full M&A process from target evaluation to deal completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and evaluating acquisition targets
  • Building relationships with founders and management teams
  • Conducting financial analysis, valuations, and due diligence
  • Leading deal negotiations (for smaller deals) and supporting larger transactions
  • Contributing to team culture and growth
Requirements:
  • 4+ years' M&A experience (Transaction Services, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, etc.)
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
  • Accounting knowledge (UK standards)
  • Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Willing to travel within the UK & occasionally to Europe
