OA Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Injection Moulder for one of our clients based in Letchworth on a temporary to permanent basis.

Working Hours of Injection Moulder 21.00 till 7.00 Monday to Thursday

Duties of an Injection Moulder include;

  • Set up and operate injection moulding machines according to standard operating procedures and production schedules.
  • Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
  • Monitor machine operation to detect and correct malfunctions.

Experience: 

  • Previous experience operating injection moulding machines is preferred.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
