Job Title: Injection Moulding Machine Setter / Operator

Location: Ripley

Job Type: Full Time / Permanent / Onsite

Shifts: 4 on 4 off, Continental Shifts 6am-6pm

The Role

You will be responsible for operating and setting up injection moulding machines. For the production process to make uPVC products.

• Ensure production requirements are met at all times

• Quality checking as per company standards

• Setting up and running the injection machine

• Packing when required

• Carrying out tool and material changes

• Complete all paperwork for each operation

• Sign off manual checks

• Operating machinery safely and reporting issues

• Working with the production team towards targets

• Maintaining clean and safe work area

The Candidate

• Experience of injection moulding/ tool setting

• Previous experience in manufacturing

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes

• Desirable experience in uPVC industry

• Positive attitude

• Willingness to work in a team

• Desirable qualifications in machining or engineering
