What you will do

Nu-Form Fire UK is the UK’s leading specialist in fire suppression with a focus on fire sprinkler systems in the commercial and industrial sectors.

Our reputation for quality, knowledge, an unrivalled level of service and a different way of working we call “The Nu-Form Way”, has seen the steady growth of the business to an eight-figure turnover with prestigious projects covering the UK, Europe and further afield.

We are looking to grow and expand our market share through the addition of an Technical Inside Sales Consultant, our inside sales team supply quotes including renewals to our customers and process all orders through to our planning team to book in with our customers.

How you will do it

  • Requesting quotes and prices from suppliers
  • Producing Renewal documentation to our customers
  • Doing profitability checks on contracts.
  • Ringing customers to provide customer care and relationship building.
  • Raising orders to our suppliers
  • Dispatching orders, producing delivery notes and relevant certification when requested
  • Liaising with suppliers for delivery dates
  • Providing customer service including updates to customers
  • Seeing order through to invoicing stage
  • Ad hoc admin tasks

What we look for

  • Computer literate - to be able to use outlook, word, excel, and internal systems (training will be provided on these)
  • Excellent customer service skills to provide a customer first experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to work as part of a team but also manage own workload.
  • Be able to work to targets and meet KPI’s set.
  • Product knowledge in the fire suppression / detection business would be an advantage.
