Inside Sales Representative - Pharmaceutical- to £45K basic plus uncapped comms

I am working with a leading manufacturer and supplier of raw pharmaceutical chemicals, who are looking for an inside sales representative to engage with new clients. Although open to people from a regulated/technical sales background, someone with pharmaceutical knowledge would be preferred.

Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving sales and revenue growth within the pharmaceutical market. Your role involves identifying, developing, and maintaining customer relationships across Europe, with a focus on promoting our pharmaceutical products, providing product information, and delivering outstanding customer service to exceed sales targets. This position is home based with occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential customers within the pharmaceutical market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and follow-up.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value propositions of our pharmaceutical products.
Collaborate closely with all organisational teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals.
Utilise sales tools and CRM systems to track leads, manage accounts, and accurately report sales activities and results.
Deliver on key activity metrics set by the organisation.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications:

A degree in science, business, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven track record of success in inside sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Results-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
