Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to qualify new business, manage customer portfolios, and grow accounts across their UK network.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualify new leads via telesales and manage opportunities through CRM.
Support credit checks, provide quotations and handle customer enquiries.
Plan activities to hit sales targets and KPIs.
Cross-sell products and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with Business Development Managers and branch teams.
What you’ll bring:
B2B telesales experience (freight forwarding experience is a plus).
Knowledge of air and ocean freight processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and CRM management skills.
Customer-first mindset with strong teamwork skills.
