Insight Analyst
The Insight Analyst is responsible for gathering, analysing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and reporting to support business decision-making. They play a crucial role in driving data-driven strategies and optimizing business performance.

What will I be doing?

- Pro-actively review business performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and concerns across the business.
- Collaborate with all areas of the business to design key performance indicators that allows the company to measure and improve business performance.
- Identify opportunities to make improvements to our reporting suite, ensuring reporting is in line with business goals.
- Respond to any ad-hoc data requests, add value where possible and ensure that items are completed in-line with business priorities.
- Any other duties in line with business and departmental needs.

What do I need?

Prerequisite

- Advanced SQL/SSRS/SSIS
- Knowledge of modern BI tools such Power BI, Tableau, Qlik etc

Advantageous to have

- Experience working with salesforce.com
- Experience of distribution environment in B2B setting
