Gambit Searches is working with a top 10 Accounting firm that is seeking an Insolvency Administrator to join their team in the London Office.

Purpose

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the preparation for pre-appointment and post-appointment documentation, agreeing claims, and distribution of funds to creditors and shareholders. Preparation of Corporation tax and VAT returns including asset realisation. Ensure all statutory requirements are met.

Due to the level of the work, you will need to have a minimum of 1 and a half years of experience in a similar role within insolvency/restructuring with a strong understanding of IPS, including all forms of Corporate Insolvency procedures mainly liquidations.

Responsibilities

  • Experience with Insolvency procedures such as CVLs, MVLs, and administrations.
  • Management of your own caseload.
  • Liaising with Directors of insolvent companies.
  • Investigations into directors of insolvent companies.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience as an Insolvency Administrator.
  • Experience with MVLs, CVLs and Administrations
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • CPI isn't required but is desirable.
