Insolvency Solicitor - Berkshire - Legal 500 Firm 1 PQE+ Join a top Legal 500 firm in Reading, known for its excellent legal services and supportive work environment. Responsibilities: * Provide strategic advice to clients on insolvency matters. * Handle both contentious and non-contentious cases. * Mentor and develop junior team members. Criteria: * Strong technical expertise in insolvency and restructuring law. * Experience representing diverse clients including insolvency practitioners, corporate entities, and individuals. * Proficiency in various insolvency processes. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. * Proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
