We have a unique and niche opportunity with a London Market broker based in Nottingham. Due to an internal promotion, they are looking to hire a Client Advisor specialising in insolvency risks.

Ideally, we are looking for applicants who currently work at a commercial broker and have 1-3 years of broking experience, with a solid understanding of insurance fundamentals and a commitment to providing excellent client service. We can also consider candidates from other areas of insurance such as claims and underwriting.

The role involves a mix of telephone communication, engaging with clients and team members, and speaking directly with practitioners. We are looking for a proactive individual who will email clients with clear guidance and pick up the phone when needed. You should be organised, have good diary management, and handle tasks independently. We value individuals who can think critically and question processes.

This business is part of a larger London market organisation that prioritises its staff. You will work in the central Nottingham office for three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining two days. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are core office days.

Insolvency experience is not required, as full training will be provided by an experienced team. Experience with Acturis would be beneficial, but it is not essential.
