You will be expected to come in and provide assistance to a team of experienced lawyers on a broad range of insolvency work. The work already in place will cover a range of restructuring and insolvency disputes for mainly insolvency practitioners, corporate clients, including public and private companies, as well as partnerships and individuals.
You will also have the opportunity to be involved in the strategic running of this team in Manchester, managing your own caseloads under supervision, attending client meetings and getting involved in business development. You will need to be eager to learn and develop, have either sat a commercial litigation seat in your training contract or have some post qualification experience and a keen interest in insolvency law and resolving technical disputes.
Based in Manchester the company does offer flexible / hybrid working. Ideally they would be looking for employees to be in the office 2 days a week. Salary will fall in the £50,000 - £60,000 with a fantastic bonus & benefits scheme in place.
