What You Will Do

As an Installation Engineer specializing in Security Systems, you will be responsible for installing Intruder Alarms, Access Systems, and CCTV. You will ensure that all installations meet industry standards, delivering exceptional service with advanced technical expertise. We seek engineers who can proactively identify and resolve issues before they arise. How You Will Do It

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding the expectations and requirements of both internal and external clients, and building strong relationships.

  • Install security devices safely and responsibly, ensuring no injuries, property damage, or wasted materials.

  • Collaborate closely with the planning team to manage your time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Accurately complete Engineer work reports, handover certificates, BSIA Certificates, or checklists as required.

What We Look For

  • Experience with Fire or Security systems and relevant electrical qualifications (18th edition, NVQ, City and Guilds, etc.).

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.

  • A full, clean driving license.

  • The physical ability to lift and climb ladders.
