Quality Assurance Coordinator

Location: Kenilworth

Salary: £27,250 (reviewed after 6 months)

Hours: Full Time, Permanent

Hybrid Working: 3 days from home each week

Travel: UK trade shows, 4 times per year

Requirements: Car driver due to site location

About the Role

We are recruiting for a Quality Assurance Coordinator on behalf of our well-established client. You’ll be the go-to person for our instructors and prospective instructors, handling queries, processing applications, and arranging recertification events. You’ll also manage invoicing, maintain our internal database, and support the team at trade shows.

Role Responsibilities

  • Instructor Support: Answer queries via phone and email, consult with other teams as needed.
  • Application Processing: Handle prospective instructor applications, including follow-up and final paperwork.
  • Event Coordination: Arrange recertification events for existing instructors.
  • Invoicing and Database Management: Manage invoicing for events and maintain internal databases.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyse reports as required.
  • Trade Show Participation: Attend and represent them at trade-related shows within the UK, four times a year.
