We have a great opportunity to join a worldwide business who are at the forefront of their industry!This role requires a flexible approach to working, including travel around the UK and into Europe, working from home, and the offices in Buckinghamshire.

You will be part of a motivated marketing team responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns. These campaigns will support key areas of product lineup, involving close collaboration with sales reps, dealers, artists, influencers, and overseeing agencies, marketing, and content creation.

Key responsibilities for a Marketing Specialist:

  • Work with other internal teams to report on dealer activity and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the client network to ensure marketing activities and sales potential are maximized, including regular marketing meetings.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including Sales & Marketing Director, Sales Manager, Sales Team, and internal teams to gain feedback and insights.
  • Manage local UK artist roster, including artist requests, instrument placement, promotion opportunities, and brand presence.
  • Implement product launches into the client sales channel, ensuring alignment of sales and marketing activities. This includes supporting their marketing actions, web content, videos, displays, demos, etc.
  • Support internal and external staff with in-depth product knowledge through regular training sessions and circulation of product information.
  • Develop marketing strategies to generate sales across all relevant market sectors with clear calls to action.

Essential skills for a Marketing Specialist:

  • Knowledge of electronic keyboards.
  • 2+ years of core marketing and sales experience at a professional level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in presenting sales and marketing developments in team meetings.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across the UK and attend events/exhibitions as required, including some weekend work (overtime paid)
  • Full UK driver’s license
