Insurance Account Handler

We are currently recruiting for a powerful broking group that has a deserved reputation for offering a first-class service and provides a great place to work for those who wish to progress their career. It’s an exciting time to be joining them, as they have lots going on, and big plans for the future!

They are now keen to add an Account Handler to their team, based in their Cheltenham office, where you will join a part of the business that handles a variety of insurance. The role is for their Site Operators team who produce terms under a specialist commercial combined product under DA. This is sold on a wholesale & direct basis to caravan parks, lodge parks, glamping site, camp sites, residential park home sites and similar. 

Joining as an Insurance Account Handler means you'll have the benefit of working Monday to Friday, working 2 days at home and 3 days in the office after probation. You’ll also be rewarded with all the great benefits of working with the UKs largest independent Insurance Brokers. 

As an Insurance Advisor you will provide broking services to new and existing customers over the phone and by email. You will also provide direct support to Customers and management in order to support the growth of the business.

To be considered for these roles, you will need at least 2 years insurance experience (commercial ideally, but they will also consider those from Personal Lines who want to develop themselves) 

You will be highly professional with a confident demeanour, as well as being extremely driven and highly ambitious.

You will be rewarded with a starting basic salary of £25-27k basic, dependant on experience, plus annual bonus of circa £6k, 26 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and an extensive benefits package, and when we say extensive, we mean it!!!

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30-5pm and hybrid working available after probation is passed, as above.
